Jenny Wong

B.Sc.

I am a research assistant in the Moritz lab, where I principally work with molecular biology and confocal microscopy techniques. Currently, my time is split over several projects, including studies of both outer segment localization signals in membrane proteins and retinal degenerations caused by rhodopsin mutants. I am also in charge of maintaining, tracking, phenotyping and genotyping our breeding colony of transgenic X. laevis.

In my spare time, I also enjoy ballroom dancing and creating textile arts.
